Prior to FRP, rubber linings were the only good way to provide protection against corrosive and abrasive conditions. Rubber linings are still used extensively providing substantial savings over stainless steel and other metals. Bittner has available to you a great variety of rubber linings - depending on your needs. A few such requirements might be for : abrasions, caustics, salts or for FDA approved white rubber. Rubber Lining is available in over 46 types that have been developed over many years to meet specific requirements. Rubber linings are typically classified according to chemical and abrasion resistance. They are available in natural rubber, chlorobutyle, neoprene, nitrile, and hypalon.
