FRP products fabricated by us are subjected to a number of tests to ensure the quality of the product and the adherence to  engineered criteria.

All FRP products are subject to the following  tests:
1. Barcol hardness readings.
2. Acetone sensitivity tests.
3. Visual inspection to determine laminate quality and  overall quality of the product.
4. Thickness gauge reading and a complete check  against shop prints to determine adherence to engineering criteria.
5. If requested on the purchase order, fitting and manway cut-outs will be saved and sent to the buyer.
Additionally, the buyer may request the following  tests at a reasonable additional costs.
1. Hydrostatic tests using tap water on vertical flat bottom tanks. Rental of a crane will be required to vessels over 24 ft. in height.
2. Acoustic Emission testing reports detailing condition of the tanks will be sent to the buyer.
